She is graduated from GITAM University where she did her Masters in International Business.
Smitha is highly responsible and committed individual with over 20 years of experience in Customer Service, Recovery, Business Development, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Corporate Training and Operations.
Smitha Pradeep uses her Experience in managing client Relationships and in Employee Engagement and Development.

Visionary, Dreamer, Entrepreneur, and Management Professional – These words quite aptly describe the person behind the emerging and pioneering ‘Fire Security and Safety company, Chipware’.
An Engineering degree, and Masters in Management propelled his vision to create and curate a company of his own. This led to a desire to learn and aim higher, and he pursued a Masters Course in Management at the prestigious Leeds University, UK.
Equipped with work experience in the UK, Pradeep set out to establish his dream company, Chipware in 2009. The company grew leaps and bounds over the years - starting out as an Electronic Security Company and then launched into the Fire Safety industry. Chipware emerged as a pioneer in the Fire Safety industry, specializing in various innovative Fire Safety Systems. Pradeep’s vision became a reality, as Chipware became a front runner to integrate Fire Safety and Security Systems in a large number of warehouses and commercial Establishments, spanning all locations, across India.

Mr. P. PALPANDI
A B.E. Electrical and Electronic Engineering graduate with a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application. He started his career with Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited (NLC) as trainee and retired as Deputy General Manager with over 35 years of experience in Operations, Maintenance & Erection of electrical equipment’s in Mines and Thermal Power plants in Rajasthan and Tamil Nadu.
Prior to this he was as a faculty in Government College of Technology Coimbatore for 2 years.
In December 2019 he joined Chipware as General Manager and takes care of end-to-end project related operational requirements. Works with utmost dedication, optimism and motivates the team to complete the work entrusted efficiently.
